2. Credit Access Business (CAB) Role & Limitations

Banksov operates as a licensed Credit Access Business (CAB) under Texas Finance Code Chapter 393. Banksov is not a direct lender and does not make credit decisions or fund loans directly. Banksov assists Texas consumers in obtaining loan approvals from independent third-party direct lenders.

3. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All content, calculators, software code, logos, and materials on banksov.com are the proprietary property of Banksov. You may not scrape, frame, mirror, or reverse engineer any part of this site.

4. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to choice of law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be filed in state or federal court located in Harris County, Texas.
